Out of Character

General

  1. Do not include mature and controversial subjects such as suicide, drugs, politics or religion, etc, in roleplay or chat without marking the topic as mature. If you would not feel comfortable viewing it at work, in front of children, or in front of parents, don't post it!
  2. All members agree to respect their fellow roleplayers. Insulting, cursing, harassing, or otherwise attempting to or causing harm to another player will result in immediate and severe consequences. Be considerate in language you use on the forum, as some members may be younger than others. Do not swear unnecessarily and use only minor words.
  3. Do not spam or advertise a website on any page other than the advertising page
  4. All art uploaded to the site must be credited with the exception of original artwork.
  5. This site is intended for roleplayers of all ages and levels. We do not have a word minimum. When posting, please do your best to use proper grammar and spelling.

Character Creation

  1. The events of this roleplay take place long after the events of The Last Hope. No cat is a direct descendant of any cat from the books.
  2. Characters may not be given special powers/abilities/growths/etc. without specific permission from the administrator.
  3. Characters must be realistic. They may only possess natural fur colors, patterns, eye colors, and abilities.
  4. Names must be appropriate for the character’s Clan or books and only contain words that the cats could have knowledge of. Warrior names and mentors will be assigned and chosen by the Clan Leader during roleplay, but the user who owns the character has the final say.
  5. Positions such as clan leader, deputy, medicine cat, and medicine cat apprentice must be applied for.
  6. Characters can be of any sexuality.
  7. The only characters allowed to have knowledge of herbs and healing are medicine cats and medicine cat apprentices with the exception of cobwebs and the most basic of herbs.

In-Character

Roleplaying

  1. The roleplaying of inappropriate scenes [mating, pregnancies, etc.] is not allowed. Birthing is allowed, but do not be overly detailed.
  2. God-playing/God-modding is not allowed. All fights must be fair and all cats are susceptible to illness, etc. Use the dice appropriately.
  3. No cat may have contact with StarClan or the Dark Forest cats unless special circumstances are present.
  4. Border disputes, animal attacks, etc. are allowed to be roleplayed without special permission.
  5. Large plots must be approved by the administrator.

High Ranks

  1. All high ranks must be active unless a valid excuse is given. If a high rank character is inactive (2 weeks +) they risk being kicked without warning.

Breeding

  1. Your cat may not be mates with or breed with another cat you own.
  2. When two cats are ready to breed, one user must contact a staff member and the staff member will roll dice to determine how many kits will be born. Kit’s appearances can be determined by the users.

gameplay

Welcome to Silverpelt! In this game, you will create Warrior cats of your own and lead them through exciting adventures. You’ll meet new characters, discover new places, and become the warrior that every cat dreams of being. You won’t just read about these situations; you will have the ability to control what your characters do and how the problems they face will be solved.

In this role-playing game, you and your friends will create a character that belongs to the Warrior Clans. Your cats will find themselves involved in adventures and mysteries, just like in the novels. You will create tales about your cats’ adventures. You get to decide what your character thinks and says and does based on what his or her individual goals are.

How do you start? First, you’ll fill out your Character Profile. You can do this by simply heading to your profile and filling out the blank fields. Once you’ve finished, you can go to the Character page to have your character approved.

"What do I do once my character has been approved?"

Once your character has been approved, you can begin roleplaying! You can create new topics or join others in theirs. Your character will change and develop as you play, and you will have the chance to gain many rewards, medals, and items.

Quests

Quests play an important role in Silverpelt's story progression. Quests are driven by multiple characters through roleplay thus there are multiple endings to a quest that can be achieved depending on the decisions that each character makes, allowing Silverpelt’s plot to be entirely character-driven.

Quest #1:

Something is going on at Twolegplace; there is a strange, dark energy in the air that brings with it a sense of foreboding. The Clans have managed to exist together peacefully for moons with only a few border skirmishes, but how long can the peace last?
Mission #1: Investigate Twolegplace
Participants: (Not Started)

Map and Code

The Warrior Code

1. Defend your Clan, even with your life. You may have friendships with cats from the other Clans, but your loyalty must remain to your Clan, as one day you may meet them in battle.

2. Do not hunt or trespass on another Clan's territory.

3. Elders and kits must be fed before apprentices and warriors. Unless they have permission, apprentices may not eat until they have hunted to feed the elders.

4. Prey is killed only to be eaten. Give thanks to StarClan for its life.

5. A kit must be at least six moons old to become an apprentice.

6. Newly appointed warriors will keep a silent vigil for one night after receiving their
warrior name.

7. A cat cannot be made deputy without having mentored at least one apprentice.

8. The deputy will become Clan leader when the leader dies or retires.

9. After the death or retirement of the deputy, the new deputy must be chosen
before moonhigh.

10. A gathering of all four Clans is held at the full moon during a truce that lasts for the night. There shall be no fighting among Clans at this time.

11. Boundaries must be checked and marked daily. Challenge all trespassing cats.

12. No warrior may neglect a kit in pain or in danger, even if that kit is from a different Clan.

13. The word of the Clan leader is the warrior code.

14. An honorable warrior does not need to kill other cats to win his battles, unless they are outside the warrior code or it is necessary for self-defense.

15. A warrior rejects the soft life of a kittypet.
